Correction Continues
The declining trend in the STI is now very apparent. I have started to cash out of stocks in my portfolio and may continue to do so more aggressively next week. Market risks have risen substantially with Iran being pulled into the Middle East conflict and USA on the verge. In addition, USA is facing domestic unhappiness over immigration and inflation issues, and firearm violence continues unabated. The global gloom erodes investor confidence.
